At the time of the last post we were beginning to freak out a little because time was running out and we were getting close to the day of the wedding. We still had some things to get (decorations, video, pay vendors) and there seem to not be enough time to work, study and wedding plan.
My parents had been telling me to look for a videographer, but because of time and lack of monies we had been putting it off. Then my parents offered to pay for it, I just had to look for the videographer. When I finally looked for a video it was the monday before the wedding, Memorial day to be exact. I thought I wasn't going to be able to find someone because it was so lat minute and because it was a holiday. So I called a few places, a few didn't answer. I left a message at a couple hoping someone would call back. Then later that day I got a call from one of them. We talked about the packages, prices and all that and agreed to work with them. It was kind of a relief to have found someone so close to the date. The deposit was paid and the date was reserved.
At work it was the last week of classes. Actually the friday before was the last day of school at Queen of Peace. I had already talked to the principal to have Friday off because of the rehearsal and last minute preparations that needed to be done. It was still a little or a lot stressing to have to work and get ready for a wedding that weekend.
I went for a mani-pedi on thursday. It was pretty cool, I had never had one...maybe I should do that more often ;-) I had already had a hair trial a couple of weeks before so by Saturday morning we already knew how my hair was gonna be, although the final hair style changed a little that day.
OMG so much stuff has happened since.... and this post is long as it is, so...
