Wedding day...

The day of the wedding some of us woke up earlier than others...haha. I started the day at about 7:45 am, my mom woke me up so we could go get our hair done and be ready at a reasonable time to not be classically late. ha! My mom, younger sister and I went got the hair out of the way, (we had gotten manis/pedis the day before. We go back to the house and start doing make up, getting dressed and getting everything that needed to be taken either to the church or hall ready.

We're all ready, waiting for the official driver... and somehow things got confused and he shows up 1/2 hr before we're supposed to be there. My dad's all freakin't out asking where the guy is, I think he was more worried than I was. So finally he comes and gets us, we arrive at the church a few minutes before the ceremony is supposed to start and quickly go to the bridal room aka the cry room... Everyone is already in the church and ready and I still had to get the crinoline under my dress. So quickly my mom, sister and Dave's sister help me into it and straighten everything. As we're almost done, the florist gives me my bouquet...and I was speechless when I saw it, it was much more beautiful than I'd imagined. I could not believe it was finally happening.

My flowers by LZ Floral...just beautiful.

Finally, everything is in place, every one is in line to process and ready to go. I don't remember much, it happened so fast and I was just focused on getting to the end of the isle. I think I just told my dad "don't let me trip". Haha, I did step on my dress a little when I was walking. I know a lot of friends and family were there but as I was walking I didn't really see who was there. Later when we looked at the video I saw more carefully who was sitting where.

My daddy walking me down the isle.

The ceremony begins, Padre Vicente gave this really cool homily. It was awesome. I thought one of us or both was going to cry at the exchange of vows but we both did pretty good. We'll see what the video shows. =O
